Ingredients Needed
- 1 box cake mix (yellow, white, or chocolate)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
Keep a few boxes of cake mix stocked in your pantry and you’ve always got a last minute dessert ready for you! The rest of the ingredients are pantry staples that you probably already have on hand.
These cookies are made just like any other cookies. Simply mix the wet ingredients together and then slowly pour in the dry cake mix until a thick dough is formed. Place approximately 15 dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet, flatten with a fork, and bake! Dessert is ready.
Pillowy Soft Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, eggs and oil until smooth and well combined.
- Slowly pour in the contents of the dry cake mix and mix until a thick cookie dough forms.
- Form approximately 15 balls of dough and place them evenly onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Use a fork to flatten and create a cross hatch design on each dough ball.
- Bake for 12-15 or until the cookies start to turn golden brown.
