If you’re looking for easy ways to serve a crowd for breakfast, these sheet pan pancakes are a game changer. This sweet and yummy breakfast is perfect for sleepovers, holidays, and large families.
Everyone loves pancakes, but it’s not easy making a hot batch all at once. Until now! Simply whisk together your favorite pancake batter and pour it onto a greased sheet pan. Top however you’d like, and then bake until fluffy and golden brown.
Easy Sheet Pan Pancakes
I make these oven baked pancakes often when my kids have sleepovers as well as holidays when extended family is in town such as Christmas morning. You’re basically just doubling the recipe on the Bisquick box, so there’s no real recipe here! You can make sheet pan pancakes with any brand of boxed pancake mix.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Bisquick pancake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 8 tablespoons melted butter
- Toppings of your choice such as fresh berries, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, sliced bananas, cinnamon, sugar, crispy bacon, etc.
- Don’t forget the pancake syrup!
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the Bisquick pancake mix, eggs, and milk. Pour the mixture onto a large, greased sheet pan (mine is 11×17 and it works perfectly every time).
Step 2
Top the batter with your favorite pancake mix-ins. You could even top each half with different ingredients to make a variety of flavors. As an example: one half with berries and the other half with chocolate chips and sliced bananas.
Step 3
Bake in the center rack of a 425° F oven for about 15 minutes or until the batter is cooked through and golden brown. Brush with the melted butter and then cut into equal pieces using a pizza cutter.
Serve these fluffy and delicious pancakes with your favorite syrup and enjoy the time you’ve saved cooking breakfast for everyone! If you’re not much of a morning person and don’t want to spend your mornings standing over the stove flipping one pancake at a time, this recipe is for you. Let the oven do all the work for you while you sit back and drink a cup of hot coffee.
